      This course is designed for everyone because everyone is always selling something: a product, a service, a vision, a point of view or something else. The objective of this course is to introduce fundamental sales skills for selling effectively, regardless of what is being sold, and helping participants understand and build the mindset of a great salesperson. The course walks through the Sales process and provides insight into what happens at each stage, strategies for customer conversion at each point and tools for improving effectiveness at sales and selling.
